Does growing up mean I'll automatically think and behave like an adult?

Sylvia Sultenfuss, Atlanta, GA, Human Relations Consultant and Nurse Psychotherapist, has just published a new book, The Joy of Adulthood: A Crash Course in Designing the Life You Want. She is also a co-author with Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Mark Victor Hansen in Wake Up and Live the Life Your Love: Finding Your Life's Passion (2005).

Ms. Sultenfuss, an innovative therapist and communications expert, has encapsulated over 35 years of coaching, consulting, and training into a simple and unique perspective that identifies clear distinctions of the character voices in each of us. The focus of The Joy of Adulthood is to design a conscious adult voice and director which have the ability to choose a quality of life you want. Thousands of people already have these distinctions and tools for living developed by Sultenfuss and are experiencing remarkable changes in their lives.

"Reading this book will be hazardous to your current way of life," writes a 53 year old director of information services in a large hospital. "Once you read it, your life will never be the same. While the end result is being free to live life at choice, the path of getting there is courageous and challenging."

"Having the distinctions of whether the child me, adolescent me, or a conscious adult me is in the driver seat of my life allows me to evaluate my actions and reactions to situations so that I can make healthier choices," writes a 20 year old art student. "I count on miracles in my life now."

"By gifting my 3 girlfriends your book," writes a 25 year old graduate student, "our friendship has shifted to one that is more open and blatantly honest, compassionate, supportive and strong. We find ourselves calling one another on our child or adolescent voices and designing conscious adults with a supportive friendship system of checks and balances as we become the kind of women we want to be."

Ms. Sultenfuss' expertise stimulates a new way of thinking, perceiving, and behaving and gives clear, simple tools for sustaining the life you want. She is available for consultations, workshops, and keynote speaking.

Sylvia Sultenfuss recently received the 2004 Distinguished Nursing Achievement Award form the Emory University Nurses' Alumni Association. She can be reached at Sylvia@joyofadulthood.com or her web site, www.JoyofAdulthood.com to order the written and audio book along with the Meditations I CD.
